A Neighborhood Wellness Foundation Signature Program
Our Co-founders and Board are 100% volunteers
Our staff and volunteers are community navigators and mentors, all of whom are deeply rooted in Del Paso Heights with a connectedness and authenticity that is unmatched. We share lived experiences with our clients and understand the challenges that disrupt their ability to thrive. We leverage our experience to help them understand these challenges and build relevant and effective strategies that promote self efficacy.
Building from the inside out and bottom up, Neighborhood Wellness Foundation (NWF) leverages our generational roots in Del Paso Heights to harness the power of shared life experiences to connect with our most difficult to reach youth and adults. We help to transform their lives by lowering the barriers of unimaginable childhood adversity, improving socialization skills, empowering through educational engagement and building economic sustainability.
